How to Size and Measure Your Sportswear
Accurate measurements are essential for achieving the best fit and performance. When taking measurements, athletes should wear light, fitted apparel and stand naturally without tightening the tape.
Key Measurement Points
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest with arms relaxed at the sides.
- Waist: Measure around the waist at the level of the navel.
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of the hips or buttocks.
- Torso: Measure from the center of one shoulder, down through the legs, and back up to the same shoulder.
- Leg Length (Inseam): Measure from the crotch along the inside of the leg down to the floor.

- Hip: Fullest part of the hips
Inverted Triangle Shape
- Chest: Widest part of the chest
- Waist: Narrowest part of the waist
